1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop jga-shirt-shop.de.
Our offer is directed at consumers as defined by the Consumer Protection Act and, if expressly agreed, at entrepreneurs.

3. Products and Personalization
We sell printed and partly personalized textiles, in particular JGA shirts, party shirts, and group shirts.
For personalized products, items are custom-made according to the customer's specifications. Depending on the product, this may include:
• Name or nickname
• Photo
• Custom text
• Role
• Location or date
• Cocktail/drink preference
• Other individual specifications
The customer is responsible for providing complete and correct personalization data. Typos, incorrect photos, or wrong information submitted by the customer cannot always be corrected after production has started.
4. Ordering Process and Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, the customer places a binding order. The contract is concluded as soon as we accept the order, in particular by sending an order confirmation via e-mail or by starting processing.
5. Prices
All prices are total prices in Euro and include statutory VAT, if applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Depending on availability, the following payment methods may be offered:

Payment processing is handled by the respective payment service providers.
7. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Since many products are custom-made, the delivery time consists of processing/production time and shipping time. You can find the applicable information on the product page or at checkout.
Please order in good time before your JGA or event.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
If a product has been damaged, is defective, or was delivered incorrectly, please contact us by e-mail at info@jga-shirt-shop.de and, if possible, attach photos and your order number.
10. Right of Withdrawal / Rescission
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal/rescission. Further information can be found in our withdrawal policy.
For goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs, there is no right of withdrawal/rescission according to § 18 para. 1 Z 3 FAGG. This applies in particular to personalized shirts with names, photos, custom text, or other individual specifications.
11. Final Provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Statutory consumer protection provisions of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
