Personalized Products

Personalized shirts with names, photos, custom text, roles, locations, dates, or other individual specifications are produced especially for you. Such products are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal if they have been manufactured according to customer specifications.

Non-Personalized Products

For non-personalized goods, the statutory right of withdrawal generally applies. You can find the details in the complete cancellation policy or in the legal shop information.

Defective or Damaged Delivery

If something arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us by email with your order number and photos of the problem. We will review the case as quickly as possible.
