How does personalization work?

Enter your personalization data directly with the product here. Please check names, dates, and photos carefully before ordering. We will produce your shirt exactly according to your specifications.

When does production start?

We only start once all personalization details have been fully provided. Please check spellings, dates, and photos carefully to avoid any delays.

Can I use names, inside jokes, or my own texts?

Yes, for personalizable products, you can fill in the designated fields individually. If you are unsure, please write to us briefly before ordering.

Order & Delivery

How long do production and shipping take?

Production time: 2–5 business days after receipt of all complete personalization data. Shipping time: an additional approx. 3–7 business days. For personalized group orders, please order in good time.

Can I order multiple shirts for a group?

Yes. Our shirts are designed specifically for groups such as Team Bride, Team Groom, Bride Squad, Bachelor Crew, or party groups.

Returns & Care

Can I return personalized products?

Personalized products are custom-made for you and are therefore generally excluded from the right of withdrawal. You can find more information on our returns and withdrawal page.
