Right of Withdrawal for Non-Personalized Goods
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, e.g., by email or letter, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in individual cases.
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal/Cancellation for Personalized Products
There is no right of withdrawal/cancellation in accordance with § 18 para. 1 Z 3 FAGG for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
This particularly applies to personalized products, e.g., shirts with:
• Names
• Photos
• Custom texts
• Roles
• Locations or dates
• Individually desired designs
• Other personal details > ButschiBot: Personalized products are custom-made for you and therefore cannot be resold regularly. Please check all details carefully before completing your order or submitting your personalization data.
